Tradition . . .
Tradition plays a large roll in Evan’s wedding photography. Creating poses that look natural and show everyone in the best light possible. That being said, in 1995 he brought a candid twist into wedding photography which caught on very quickly, known as a Photojournalistic style throughout the industry. Evan was known quickly for his B&W images. This style continued to find it’s way into Mitzvahs, High School Seniors and his classic Black and White portraits.
Testimonials
I have been using Evan for the last 20 years for over 10 family events including all my children b'nei mitzvah. Evan has been consistently amazing. He has been professional, communicative, and creative. Evan’s experience is evident by his ability to manage his role and getting the photos he needs while staying low key. Evan keep evolving to stay current with changing times while producing great final product. I strongly recommend hiring him.
Evan is the best photographer we have ever used. His photography is artistic yet captures every important moment. Beautiful crisp pictures. He was so great at getting our album together quickly after the the event was over. A gorgeous Lucite cover to match his elegant work inside. We booked him for our next event! Wouldn't dream of going with anyone else!
Evan is fantastic, he has a really artistic eye, makes the event fun, captures the moment, is very responsive, and on top of things. We know many people that haven't gotten their albums yet, and it's been over a year! Evan got us our album in about three weeks. He's the best!
Our daughter’s bat mitzvah took place in 2021 during all the craziness and challenges that COVID presented. Capturing the beauty and the memories of this incredibly important day was a big priority for our family. Evan not only made the experience smooth, but his ability to capture every moment with precision and perfection has given us a lifetime of wonderful memories. When I hire a professional, my expectation is that they will direct me on the best way to accomplish the goal. Evan takes your wishes into account and then advises you on the best way forward. In the end your event will be framed not only as you envisioned it, but so much more. I would recommend Evan Guston to any family looking to create a life time of memories for their Bar or Bat Mitzvah!
